A career diplomat with over two decades of experience in foreign service, Ambassador Kiptoo has previously served in missions across Europe and the Middle East. His tenure has prioritised the welfare of Kenyans abroad, enhanced bilateral trade and deepened cultural exchange.
The Ambassador holds a Master's degree in International Relations and is a graduate of the National Defence College.
